About this consultation
Allison Homes is preparing a full planning application for new homes on Land South of Ashby Road, Kegworth. We recently consulted the local community on our initial proposals and would like to thank everyone who took the time to share their views. We are now reviewing the feedback received as we finalise the proposals ahead of submitting a planning application to North West Leicestershire District Council. This website provides further information about the proposals.
The site is an existing reserve allocation in the adopted North West Leicestershire Local Plan (Policy H3, site reference H3d) for around 110 homes. The site is also a draft allocation in the emerging 2024-2042 Local Plan, under reference K12, for the delivery of around 140 homes, alongside access, pedestrian connectivity, landscaping and appropriate noise and vibration mitigation measures.
